We recommend Dry-Cleaning for all our outfits.

Each of our products are hand-made and may have slight variations in measurements, design, or colors from the listing images. We constantly review our product range and listen to customer feedback and may make slight alterations to our sizing in order to better fit.

Our sizing chart is based on our outfit measurements in inches when laid flat. Please select your size according to the measurements that would best fit your body. You may also opt to choose your own custom size and input your preferred stitching measurements.

All our products are designed and made in Pakistan, India and Canada.

We offer free shipping worldwide. However, different shipping methods are also available for customers who prefer to purchase a specific shipping method. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose from a variety of shipping methods including free shipping. You may select the method you desire.

Our dresses are all made to order so we try to keep our processing time less than 20 business days (items are made and shipped out during this time). Delivery, including processing time, all across Pakistan takes 20-30 business days (sometimes less depending on the season) and 30-40 business days for any order all across the world (sometimes less depending on the season). Jewellery and custom jewellery delivery times vary between 15-30 business days (sometimes less depending on the season). Custom, Bridal & Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing the requirements and the season of delivery.

Up on dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email. You can also track your item through our website by clicking the track my order icon in the top right and inserting your information.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online. We also have Google Pay and PayPal.

We recommend you thoroughly review your order before purchasing the item(s). Orders are sometimes dispatched the same day and could already be in transit by the time you contact us to make a change. At Saba Nisa Khan we do not offer returns or exchanges as all our products are made to order. Exceptions for a return or exchange will be made if the item is defective or in inadequate condition.
