Under the terms of Saba Nisa Khans contract with the suppliers, they nor any of their subcontractors employ child, slave or any other form of forced or involuntary labor. They nor any of their subcontractors engage in abusive employment. Saba Nisa Khan ensures their suppliers acknowledge a safe working environment that respects and values each employee.

Shipping and Delivery:

We offer free shipping worldwide. However, different shipping methods are also available for customers who prefer to purchase a specific shipping method. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose from a variety of shipping methods including free shipping. You may select the method you desire. We provide shipping all over Pakistan and internationally through FedEx and DHL. Our products are designed and made in Pakistan, India and Canada. Our dresses are all made to order so we try to keep our processing time less than 20 business days (items are made and shipped out during this time). Delivery, including processing time, all across Pakistan takes 20-30 business days(sometimes less depending on the season)and 30-40 business days for any order all across the world(sometimes less depending on the season).Jewellery and custom jewellery delivery times vary between 15-30 business days (sometimes less depending on the season).Custom, Bridal & Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing the requirements and the season of delivery.

Return Policy:

At Saba Nisa Khan we do not offer returns or exchanges as all our products are made to order. Exceptions for a return or exchange will be made if the item is defective or in inadequate condition. You must inform us of the defects within 72 hours of receiving your item. Your item must also be in the condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages and defects caused due to shipping and handling are not covered under our policy. To return or exchange a defective item, please contact us at sabanisakhan@outlook.com. Upon acceptance of return, you will be given instructions to ship your package back to us. In case of return, customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Items sent back before return is accepted, will not be credited. Refunds will be made only through original method of payment.
